Who I Am.
A lawyer with over 40 years of experience practicing and litigating real estate, commercial, and business law. My practice is based in Nevada City, CA, though I have handled cases from all across the state.
Some of my cases have involved complex issues including contracts, trust administration, real estate transactions, and general business and contractual disputes. No two cases are exactly alike, but the same legal concepts and problems often appear in diverse situations.
